All staff always very polite and efficient

The dentist is always very kind. I have acid reflux and cannot have the chair very reclined. I have to swallow frequently. He always stops whenever I need to do this. He explains in detail what treatment he recommends and is always kind and considerate.

A warm welcome from reception staff , cheerful waiting room . Positive approach from the Dentist with constructive advice and encouragement and not least conscientious assistance from Dental Nurse . I have been a patient here for some fifteen years and the practice scores highly in relation to previous experience elsewhere.

I had a visit to the hygienist who was friendly and I explained that I had to reschedule my appointment because I had a severe attack of neuralgia which meant that I could not attend the original appointment. She was very understanding and advised me of various aids and procedures I could use to help with the hygiene of my teeth and gums

Khem Joshis is my Dentist, after a bad experience previously with another dentist, Khem has made me less fearful of going. There's no judgement and he makes my visit calm and reassuring.

The efficient of the reception team, booking the appointment, I think her name was Gemma. The dentist and his nurse was both lovely and kind.

After a long period of unsettlement regarding the treatment I had previously received, Mo has given me confidence from the offset to hopefully resolve my tooth pain.

After having great difficulty finding a dentist after moving to kingslynn and unable to find an NHS dentist I signed up for a treatment plan,I had several problems with my teeth which were quickly sorted out,yes expensive but worth it.

My dentist, Jolanda and her lovely nurse were kind, gentle and supportive before, during and after treatment. The extraction was far less traumatic than others I experienced with the NHS and care was taken by both members of staff to make it as pleasant an experience as possible.

Treated with courtesy, everything explained. More or less to time.

From first contact to completion of treatment the staff are always fantastic. I felt like I was valued as a patient and was treated with respect and friendliness.

I have had a deep fear of the dentist and having not been for 15 years I was embarrassed at my dental health. From the first phone call to reception I was put at my ease. I had work done including extractions which were totally pain free! Dr Alif was kind professional and made me feel as relaxed as was possible as did the dental nurse. I look forward to the completion of my new smile. I have been a patient over ten years and have been seen by My current dentist for six years. Being a nervous patient at first the car I received during the first few visits was outstanding and this has continued to this day. Khem and Jeanette where brilliant. I’ve always been scared of dentists but khem explained everything they where going to do which put me more at ease. Have to go back for a filling in a fortnight but I am sure I won’t be as scared. Thank you Khem and Jeanette.
